The Village "smithy" hard at work. I remember the days when we used to raise horses, and my father would do this procedure, and I always wondered why it didn't hurt the horse, but the smell is quite exhausting! Still a skill not seen a whole lot any more, such as shoemakers or coopers, which have been pretty much replaced by machines. So, Mattthias, I thank you for taking us back to the time, when people used their hands and minds and knowledge to do a job as finite as this smithy's duties! Fine exhibition! fave and vote
